Property owners in Georgia that would want to sell their properties and buy a new one either of lower or higher value would enjoy new tax breaks as brought by state's 1031 Exchange law.
The legislation will allow one to buy a property with gain and wouldn't have to pay its taxes immediately especially if it would a trade or exchange or a property of the same kinds.
