It seems to me that you would want to know a little bit about the local areas of Kenya when you are considering investing in apartment buildings or any other real estate there.
You need to know about the local neighborhoods, what people do there, what the attitudes are like.
You need to find a good reliable agent or someone who knows about Kenya before deciding you are going to jump into the frying pan of real estate there.
