As far as I know condos have increased sales which even reached up to 33 percent. People are expecting good housing sales in Ohio but they observe that a few of housing sales seem to decrease.

It is quite hard to cope with this due to the unemployment rate in Ohio. That's why many people are expecting for stable employment among the people of Ohio. They hope to recover from economic crisis through the help of Federal stimulus programs.
