The Next London Property Hot Spot?

Given the wide variation in property price increases across London, buyers who want to profit from home ownership need to seriously consider where they buy London houses. One area that had not kept up with London property price increases in the past is Croydon in south London. This affordability factor has seen Croydon achieve one of the highest number of property transactions in London in 2006 and this trend is set to continue into the future.

Currently property in Croydon is more affordable than the Greater London average, but with £3.5 billion ear marked for regeneration, prices are bound to shoot up. Croydon is set to fast become a London property hot spot, and should definitely be considered when looking for an area to buy a London house.

Yes the outer areas will become hot property as the inner ones are becoming so expensive now. Another option for people who cant afford to buy in London or who released some equity in their projects is to buy overseas. Our company specialize in properties in Bangkok Thailand please have a gander http://www.soho-properties.com
