In Nevada, eviction-war is on-going caused by the continuous foreclosures going on between the evicted homeowners and the lending institutions that now own them.
There have been reports that half of the foreclosed homes suffered vandalism or partial damages such as taking off appliances, ruins carpets, making holes in the wall, and such damages.
This is why some of the lending institution are offering rewards for homeowners who will vacate their home without the damages which sometimes work.
