The Arizona legislature has revoked the anti-deficiency laws that often results to losses from lenders. The new law revised the qualifications for the anti-deficiency statue where in a able to qualify, they should be occupying the property within six consecutive months. This new laws would also give lenders legality in going after other assets of borrowers to recoup the losses made by the mortgage. More details on the link below.
