    Offering advertising services to real estate professionals and offering real estate services to home sellers and buyers.

    What inspired you to launch your own website?

    Our five print magazines advertising real estate in the south Florida area.

    When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

    In 2000 and it was as it is now.

    How did you decide on a name for your website?

    Simple for home seekers to remember.

    What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

    Our nine years offering Real Estate advertising has given us a large pool of professionals who service this area. Therefore, we have a large inventory of listings and real estate services.

    What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

    To continue to offer a valueble service to the community and excellent advertising outlet to real estate professionals.

    How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

    Very good!

    If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

    A lot.

    If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

    Yes!

    What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

    Database management

    Constant and internal SEO managment

    How has running your website differed from your expectations?

    Always changing.
