For any first-time homebuyer, New Jersey has surely become a true paradise. Still, this would be, however, if one is able to meet with the demand of the current stringent mortgage qualifications.
At below market average, there are homes that are, very much, plentiful. There are also very many people that are looking for a first time home and they are even entering the market at an increasingly exceeding pace.
For this reason, it had even been reflected in the median price of all of the homes that were sold, recently.
