Dreams of Being a Hotelier - May Come True in Peru

I've have a dream of having my very own place, where individuals, couples, and as well as families could stay and have fum. My dream to own my very own hotel or even just a small bed and breakfast would do. I almost gave up on this dream but when I saw the offer in a forum thread (link below), I saw hope once again. Maybe I should try that Peruvian properties.
