It's a local resource for home buyers and sellers to find information about the local housing market

Describe the main purpose of your blogging, what are you trying to accomplish?

I use it as a business resource to generate new clients and also to help people moving to the area better familiarize themselves with their new surroundings

What blogging platform do you do and why?

Wordpress. I love the freedom and flexibility of it!

What do you blog the most about?

Real Estate, and the odd post about my life, my dogs, etc.

What kind of blogs make you angry?

Angry? I dunno, I've never wanted to throw a computer through a window because I saw a blog I didn't like. It's much easier to just move on to another site, isn't it?

consistency is key!

I try to stay away from off topic posting as much as possible

Well, I'm still blogging, if that's what you mean

I usually track about 30 rss feeds daily

Only on the rare occassion

No. Don't like it

What promotional techniques work best for you and why?

That's a very long conversation for someone who is essentially an independent contractor. I use a lot of different techniques, to many to go into detail here

If you could post a blog on any blog in the world, which one would it be and why?

Jalopnik. I love those guys and secretly wish I was reviewing Ferrari's and Bugatti's

What mistakes have you made that you could warn others about?

Not sure anyone would listen. I'm a firm believer experience is the best educator
