Having a valid real estate license in New Mexico is a must if one wants to list or sell homes or commercial properties. The US market seems to be so successful in the real estate investment. There is a positive response to the expectations of global investors. This is another step which can help the US uplifting the status of the economy. There are even good offers for capital appreciation which I think is convenient for foreign investors to put up a good real estate investment.
