Taking merely of housing prices and commuting times to Atlanta is fine but what the article doesn't mention is the quality of schools in the area and what it is like raising a family in Riverdale. No home exists in isolation and for people to only look at the price of the house and not it's ability to become a home in the warmest sense of the word is a mistake in my opinion. For the house to become a home there must be an active community surrounding it.Link: Georgias Most Affordable Housing Market (cheap homes);

I have always considered this kind of business venture to be unnecessarily risky. While there will always be those few exceptions that actually make a good profit from them, they are the exception rather than the rule. That's why I do not recommend people putting all their hopes on these kinds of risks, as they can be nothing short of gambling. By far the better options to borrowing or lending money is just working hard patiently and making your mark through your consistency.Link: Get into Real Estate Business with Best Hard Money Lend

The buying and selling of real estate properties especially luxury homes has been really slow in California. However, there is a new trend that is rising in California, that of leasing luxury homes. Most luxury home buyers now opt to lease their homes for $10,000 per month or more instead of facing foreclosure. Leasing to this type of houses was reported to have increased by 15% in April. Why not? Many are uncertain about the real estate condition, can't afford a house or are not qualified for mortgaging luxury homes. Link: Trendy to Lease Not Buy a Luxury Home in California (le

It is very unfortunate to hear that so many people are being hit by the economic recession-- and most as a result of the unthoughtful actions or unwise investments done by a minority of influential people. One has no choice but to feel sympathy for these people, who, perhaps after many years of living in house, are suddenly found homeless. There are others however, the other side of the coin, who could have avoided this fate through abstaining from these risky investments and ventures.Link: Nevada Foreclosures Lead Nation - Again (foreclosures);
