The leaders of Paso Robles lending company was arrested on a suspicion of defrauding hundreds with at least $3.2 million.
Last Thursday Estate Financial's former principal Karen Guth, 65 and her son Joshua Yaguda, 40 were arrested and charged with 26 counts of felony, fraud related offenses. The two allegedly resold deeds to properties, and suspected of selling securities with expired permits and without permits required b the state Department of Corporations. More on the link below.
