    When it is that we ask a realtor if it is that the market is certainly good, is like asking a child if it is that they would like to have some ice cream on a hot day, the answer is certainly going to be yes, not matter.

    It would appear that in the month of November, just last year, the numbers for Iowa had actually bore out the sense of optimism, and so, within the state's real estate community.

    Dramatically up were sales in November and the prices had continued on a steady course.
