    Positive Attitude--believe you're the best

    Promotion--see "I Love You, Man" for promotion ideas if you're tired of the usual ways

    Perfection--okay, not real perfection, just as perfect as you can

    Preparation--prepare, prepare, and prepare some more

    Pricing--use Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)

    and

    Pre-Listing Package--a bit of information about you, from you, to your client

    Seriously, this guy seems to know what he's talking about.
