To welcome as well as to entertain clients, Bob, a small business owner working out of his home, wanted a large and well appointed main floor office with a separate entrance from the main area of the house.
By converting and extending his garage, Bob was able to turn it into his new bilevel home. A comfortable family room appearance was able to be pulled off by Bob, which was exceptional doing, on his part.
In the event that he should decide to sell the home one day, Bob decided that he would think ahead.
