With real estate properties at record lows and interest rates near 5%, one could easily surmise that we are now in a buyers' market. Not so, actually, because it's the lenders who now call the shots.
So before even embarking on a search for the property that you will buy, make sure that you have settled your finances first. It's the first step to a successful property purchase.
