Very promising is the word on the streets of Ohio at this very moment. Increasing is the demand for housing, while inventory is declining. This is a genuine sign of stabilization within the market place.
In the month of October of last year, two thousand and nine, home sales had been up by 25.6 percent from the same month figures of the year prior, two thousand and eight.
Of all of the two thousand, plus homes that had been sold, this would now represent the best October since the boom year.
