There is no doubt that the real estate industry is now in a buyer's market, with buyers becoming more demanding and choosy with the properties they are going to purchase.
Thus, the market has become more competitive for property owners, who are aggressively marketing their properties. In actuality, however, the trend has started way before the Wall Street meltdown.
