The real estate business is currently facing one of its toughest challenges, the global economic crisis. As almost everyone is worried about paying their mortgages the real estate business has also faced a drop of consumers and buyers. Real estate owners who still wanted to gain a buck or two from their stagnant real estate business has reverted into an older business venture, rentals.
