The ways of transferring property seem to be important for those who are acquiring properties from their relatives or family. Quitclaim deed is a good way to transfer a property, but again it is emphasized that it doesn't give you the full ownership instead giving a privilege to the grantor's rights. There are several forms needed before the complete process. A property deed would require you to, first, complete the declaration of value form and the groundwater hazard form. To legalize everything, it would be better if your hire a lawyer on this matter.
