What inspired you to launch your own website?
Was frustrated by seeing people getting taken advantage off from less than honest people.

2003 This Real Estate Investors Portal
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Someone told me there where no Magic Bullets. I proved him wrong.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We are very friendly and helpful.

To continue supporting investors.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very well, I have volunteer moderators and admins who help carry the load.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would add all kinds of bells and whistles.
