Equity Services, LLC acquires distressed properties, fully renovates the properties, puts renters and property management in place and sells them for under $50,000 to investors who are looking for turn-key, positive cash flowing rental properties with equity.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Most of my buyers were out-of state and the website allowed me to showcase my properties

years ago for a construction company I owned

It matched my company name

It is very interactive, with numerous tools and downloads ans well as videos and articles to assist our buyers in making informed decisions about purchasing our properties
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
It will continue to be a showcase of our properties as well as an educational site

I always try to do the things that result in the greatest impact and outsource everything else

I wouldn't change a thing but I would promote it more through marketing
