If I were to choose a place to live, I'd rather choose and remain in the Philippines. The cost of living in the Philippines is cheaper compared to other countries. The place is also quite safer. For expats, it is very easy for them to own a condominium. There are just certain procedures needed to comply for purchasing your own condominium particularly in Quezon City. This place is well developed by SM Development Corporation (SMDC). The building is accessible to a lot of facilities and conveniences in the city as well.
