The reason for the popularity of property portals in America and around the world is because real estate agents are terrible marketers. Even the largest real estate franchises are basically providing their franchisees with a very well known brand name and are in essence marketers of real estate. Agents have a lot to do in a day sourcing properties and serving existing clients that many agents simply don't have the time to market themselves enough.

It is very unfortunate to hear that so many people are being hit by the economic recession-- and most as a result of the unthoughtful actions or unwise investments done by a minority of influential people. One has no choice but to feel sympathy for these people, who, perhaps after many years of living in house, are suddenly found homeless. There are others however, the other side of the coin, who could have avoided this fate through abstaining from these risky investments and ventures.
