There are a lot of things to consider in purchasing, selling or renting real estate properties in Spain. It all depends on your needs and the situation. One major factor that you must consider is the seasonal rentals. You should know if purchasing one is better in the long run or short run. There are times when the prices gets lower while sometimes it remains the same or even increases. There are different types of buyers for that matter; there are the potential buyer, buyer who wants to invest and the conservative buyer. In which type do you belong? The most important thing is that you have the capacity to purchase one and you certainly know what you want and need.
