    Why do we look to sell so quickly in a time of desperation? The answer is simple my friends.

    I do not mean to answer, or some may prefer the term, follow up with a rhetorical question, but at the same time and quite simply, why even bother to waste time on anyone where it is that money can easily come in quiet handy, filling the void to suit; the very same void that time tries to lock into place, so to speak?

    Real estate is a dangerous strategy game, just play your cards right.
