    Name of your website?

Nick Nymark with Coldwell Banker First Realty

    Your name?

    Nick Nymark

    Your Location (city, etc)

    Fargo, ND

Please give us a short summary of your website?

A place where you can check the real estate listings for the Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and surrounding area.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Since the internet is where many people first look when wanting to buy their first home it only made sense for me to get a website for my business.

    Do you deal with Relocation?

Yes, if you are relocating to the Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Dilworth, Glyndon, Horace, Harwood, Sabin, Hillsboro, Kindred, Casselton, Horace or surrounding area and need help with find a home or have some real estate related questions please let me know.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I thought of a handful of different names and in the end I thought it would be best to have a name that gives me name recognition and is why I went with the name I did.

What is one of the best links on your website?

The FMOPENHOUSES Logo on my website will bring you to another site that typically will have a good number of open houses available to go to. If your looking for another place to look for the weekend open houses besides the newspaper I would suggest trying that link if your looking for another source of open houses online.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

I would like to keep my website for a very long time and would like to keep gaining more and more targeted traffic to my website.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

So far I am happy with my results and my success has been growing and growing the more time I have into it.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would hire a group of professionals to help better design and implement an even better website that people can enjoy much more, while adding much more additional relevant content and implementing google adsense as the traffic to the website greatly increases.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

If I had to I would hire out assistants and if I needed to I would upgrade my hosting package to supply the demands of everyone visiting my website.

What is your goal this year?

To learn and know more than I did last year, and to make more sales than I did last year and continually do this year after year always giving myself a challenge and making myself more knowledgeable.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Dealing with something for the first time, such as a Short Sale. So far it is the transaction that I have spent the most amount of time into VS any other transaction.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

So far it has been putting listings up on classified websites.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

So far running my website has been fairly easy. I feel like it was a bit easier for me to get going with my website because I went to school for Computer & Network Technology.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

I would guess I have been running this website for approximately 6 months and plan to keep non-stop promoting it. I feel it's an essential part of my business and helps get me exposure out their in this competitive industry. I plan to keep this site running a long, long time.

    Have you earned any designations?

Yes, I have earned SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification)

    What is your website address?

Nick Nymark with Coldwell Banker First Realty
