Alabama's coastal real estate market was on a rebound until the oil spill happened in the Gulf of Mexico. Months before the spill, the coastal markets are doing great, condos and beach homes which offers the deals has been appealing to the bargain hunters.
The momentum of sales and bookings all stopped when Deepwater Horizon's rig exploded. Now the region is back to rebuilding mode again.
