Be careful of who you let stage your property because one bad suggestion may lead to an investment going sour. Some people who stage homes would hide flaws in the property and keep things hidden. If found out by the the potential buyer, this could most definitely cause a loss. It's better for a buyer to know that they are getting what they see, than to be asking so what else is wrong?
