Real estate in Tennessee is no worse compared to last year though it is far from being normal. If the job market will be better, the real estate market will also improve.
Currently, Tennessee is slightly above the national unemployment average. They expect that when the jobs become more stable, the house market will also improve. In the meanwhile, Tennessee realtors have made business changes to save money like reduced staff and advertising. Some have focused business efforts using internet marketing.
