When ever national home prices are expected to continue falling in just about a year, Texas is emerging as one of the stronger real estate markets in all of the entire states. At the bottom of the real estate market is where most cities in Texas seem to have hit.
By the recession, the Texas housing market has severely been impacted, still, with regard to dramatic drops in home prices, many parts of the state have had a delayed reaction.
There are a few unique issues that are affecting home values, such as drug issues as well as issues of violence, along the border of Texas.
