Police reports that more than a 1,000 people paid about $20 each just to attend a Halloween party at a home in Sandy Spring, GA., that has been on the real estate market of about two years.
The party was far from illegal and it did have permission from the property manager to use the property and its facilities. Police says that the party was promoted by the Georgia State University in Atlanta and University of West Georgia in Carrolton.
Party Planners received a lot of neighbor complaints causing them to be charged with a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct.
