Real Estate and Property for sale in Tirana, Durres, Vlora and Saranda. We also offer holiday and long term lettings. Our extra services range from property and land sourcing, to arrange kitchen installations and furniture packs for our clients.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
My passion for Albanian property as an amazing investment and wanting to offer the best and honest service for our clients.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
My first website was back in Australia, and it was offering organic beauty products for women. But Im finding im a lot happier with property ;)
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We wanted something..... "Fresh"!
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
Along with the best offplan investment properties in Albania, we offer a growing selection of existing properties. We also having a growing lettings selection, featuring Saranda, Tirana, Durres and shortly Vlora. Lastly our sales and aftersales service is of the highest level - property inspections, property sourcing and furniture, fixtures and fittings assistance.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To be the best real estate specialists in Albania with the best reputation for quality properties and servic.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Very well at the moment :)
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Make it a little more interactive..... but that's coming :)

Not a great deal
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Our main site fresh property co has been running since last year, and fresh property albania has only been running a couple of months. Since the Albanian property market is really only taking off now, I dont see the popularity of websites like ours waining.
What is the best thing about having a website for your business?
It allows our company to show clearly and concisely what we are really about - which is Albanian Real Estate and the highest levels of Customer Service.
