I felt it was a marketing necessity.

willquinn.com is my first website and has been online continuously since 2002
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Since I'm not directly selling real estate on line but my assistance in a complicated persuit, I felt that identifing the site directly with me would be advantageous in the long run.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
My site is straight to the point and gets you what you need quickly and easily.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
As my primary source of new clients, I plan to keep my site until I retire.

I'm in the black.

Just becomming sufficiently computer literate.

Word of mouth recommendations.
What is the primary purpose of your business?
I deal primarily with average people who want to own a second home in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains and want it rented when they are not using it. To accomplish the goal of having the cabin pay for most or all of its costs is tricky business. I provide the experience and expertise to make it so.
