What inspired you to sell your home
Bought for our son when he moved here from Michigan, but he returned to Michigan For work. So, now it is in need of someone to love it. What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We will lose money on this sale, but would consider ourselves successful in this venture if we can find someone who would be happy here and would find this to be a very comfortable, safe place to live and can pay at or near our current price.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would keep this home! It is a great area to vacation in and the neighbors are the best as is the park it is in.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
If it did, our home would sell fast because all it needs is exposure. It hasn't gotten any.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Just the costs of ownership as we live out of state and expected to have our son living in it and renting it from us. We are fortunate to have great neighbors who live in the park year round and watch out for our interests.

Do you love the area this home is in?
Yes, it is the greatest. It is convenient to highways, theme parks, shopping, health care, restaurants and many Florida attractions including beaches, Kennedy Space Center, Etc. And it is safe!
