Please give us a short summary of your website?
For sale by owner real estate, mostly big properties of a commercial nature. All in The Czech Republic (for now).
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Well, I am someone who likes to do everything. I believe I can accomplish anything if I set my mind to it. I am an entrepreneur by heart and therefore when I was given the opportunity to sell a property for a friend of mine (my friends father buys and sells property) I grabbed it with both hands. But, I am mostly just trying to help my friends father reach the English market. (and since he is not big on website advertising I thought I would do).
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It was back in 2001. Internet marketing.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I brainstormed for names that would describe my website the best. Most of the good names where taken so the best I could come up with was buyczechproperties.com
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
All properties can be bought directly from the owner, NO agents. So you save a lot of money.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To sell properties from the site ( buyczechproperties.com ) for my friends father.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Get a web developer to have a look at it and optimize it to become good friends with the search engines:)
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Not much. I know it takes hard work to be successful in anything you do.
