As the housing market threatens, around it, an all out collapse, there are homeowners from all across the lengths of the land that are holding their breaths, collectively. Currently, reports show of these facts with concrete evidence, and do so on a daily basis.
Though their were really huge gains from the last ten years or so, the losses that are likely to incur will not be nearly enough to reverse the process. Still, not every real estate investor is fortunate enough to benefit from such a circumstance.
